Anslem is the founder and CEO of Mind for Mission. He started the company after spending more than fifteen years in operations, finance, and strategy leadership for mission-driven organizations, most recently as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at One Hope United, where he built the organization's inaugural AI governance policy across an 800-person, multi-state operation. That experience made the gap clear: the organizations doing the hardest work had the least access to the technology, strategy, and implementation support that could multiply their impact.
Anslem leads all client engagements, business development, and strategic direction for M4M. He brings an MBA from the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business and an advanced certificate in AI Strategies for Business Transformation from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management. He was named one of Chicago's Top 25 Black Game-Changers in 2023. He currently serves on the board of Cultivate Collective in Chicago and on the University of Denver's Alumni Council.
